Chateau Hoffman & Four Sisters

South Australian Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot & Moscato

2011 is the year the drought finally broke in Australia. Amid much celebration, there were some challenges for our winemakers, who worked through the extraordinary rains to make some excellent wines. Some vineyards were lost to floods, but those that survived produced wines that are light in style, colour and alcohol, that offer elegance and finesse

Chateau Hoffman in South Australia produces some of the best Shiraz and Merlot on the market, owing its distinctive taste to the region's soil and seasons. The Chateau Hoffman Merlot is loved for its versatility, perfectly matched with a variety of red meats as well as tomato-based pasta dishes.  Australia is truly a Shiraz lover's delight and it's the grape that sells best as the number one red. Soft and spicy, full-bodied and richly-flavoured, it has very broad appeal.

Four Sisters’ romance with the grape began in the mid 90s. Inspired by his four beautiful daughters, renowned Australian winemaker Trevor Mast set about creating a wine that was stylish, sophisticated and modern; a reflection of our world today. Today, Four Sisters is an iconic Australian brand known for its fruit forward wines. In fact, the Sauvignon Blanc was one of the first of its kind on the market and is one of Australia’s leading easy drinking wines.
