Tony and Margaret Harding have been producing hand-made olive oils, seed and nut oils and condiments for more than 10 years. Established in 1996, Hardings Fine Foods is located in Willunga, on the South Australian Fleurieu Peninsula. The Mediterranean climate of the area and its rich, loamy soils enhance the flavour and texture of the excellent quality olive oils. The olives are hand harvested into a catcher to keep the fruit off the ground. The oil is then extracted using a two phase continuous flow process. As no water is used during extraction, the anti-oxidants are preserved within the oil. Bringing you a range of premium olive oils, seed oils, nut oils as well as condiments and spreads, Hardings Fine Food has earned its reputation for quality.
